Carol Samour plays with color and texture as she designs wearable art jewelry inspired by BEADS, old and new, from around the world. Through the years her work has been shown at D.C. Design House, Glen Echo Park Labor Day Art Show, “Celebrate the Season” at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, “Christmas Bazaar” at the Inter-American Development Bank, “Holiday Bazaar” at the United States State Department, and “Bead & Jewelry Bazaar” at the Bead Society of Greater Washington. Her work has been sold at the Museum Shop of the Corcoran Gallery of Art and at Catch Can Women’s Clothing Store.
