Carol Samour lives with her husband and two cats in Washington Grove, Maryland. She designs bold, funky wearable art jewelry all inspired by carefully selected “BEADS” from around the world. Over the years her jewelry has been shown at the D.C. Design House, Glen Echo Park Labor Day Art Show, Theodora’s Beads in the Kentlands, “Celebrate the Season” at the National Museum of Women in the Arts, “Mayfield Market” at the Connelly School of the Holy Child and the “MMMF Fair” (International Arts & Crafts Fair) at the World Bank. Her work has been sold at the Museum Shop of the Corcoran Gallery of Art.
